Lie-Flat Seat
A business or first class seat that reclines fully horizontal to form a flat bed.
Full definition
A lie-flat seat reclines 180° to create a truly flat sleeping surface, as opposed to "angle-flat" seats which lean backward but don't truly flat.
Lie-flat is now the standard on long-haul international business class. Avoid angle-flat if you want to sleep — the recline causes sliding downward through the night.
