Frankfurt (FRA) Layover Guide

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is Lufthansa's main hub and a common Star Alliance connection point. Multi-terminal layout — make sure you know which terminal your onward flight departs from.

**8-24 hours**: Full Frankfurt visit + nearby. Frankfurt itself: Römerberg, Goethe House, Main Tower viewing platform. Or train to Heidelberg (1 hour) for old town + castle. Or Mainz (40 min) for Roman history.
